These Terms and Conditions apply to purchasing any products from Lancer Technologies (www.shop.lancer.co.in) or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both, the client and Lancer Technologies. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at Lancer Technologies’ sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Shipping and Risk:

• Processing and Shipment: Orders will be shipped within 24-48 working hours after the order is processed by Lancer Technologies.
• Shipping Partners: Lancer Technologies utilizes various shipping partners including Delhivery, XpressBees, Gati, BlueDart, and Ecom Express. The specific partner used will depend on the availability of your PIN code. Please note that Lancer Technologies does not have control over the operations of these shipping partners.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the chosen shipping partners. Lancer Technologies is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping partners.
• Loss or Damage: Lancer Technologies will be responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
• Damaged Items: Upon delivery, if you receive a damaged box or package, you must note this with the delivery person. Additionally, you are required to record an uncut unboxing video of the package for documentation purposes.
• Reporting Discrepancies: You must notify Lancer Technologies of any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Warranty/RMA:

• All Products Sold By Lancer Technologies Are Under Selected Company Warranty.
• We Do Not Provide a Warranty of Any Product But We provide Support For Claiming Your Product Warranty.
• Your Product Warranty Starts From the Date of Purchase.

Replacement and Refund Policy:

• Defective or Incorrect Products: Lancer Technologies will accept replacements for products that are defective or if the wrong item is shipped. In these cases, returns or refunds will not be entertained.
• Gaming Chairs: For gaming chairs specifically, only partial replacements are applicable if the delivered product is defective or damaged. Refunds will not be available for orders of gaming chairs.
• Opened Products: If the product seal is broken and the product is found to be functioning properly, a return or refund will not be offered.
• Packaging: Buyers must retain the packaging material until the replacement window closes. This is necessary to ensure the product can be repackaged in its original form to prevent damage during return shipment.
• Packing Requirements: Products must be packed securely in the same way they were received. Avoid applying tape or glue directly on the product or its box, as this may lead to the cancellation of your replacement request.
• Returning Accessories: All accessories included with the original product must be returned in the same condition and alongside the product itself.

Refund Methods:

• Online Payments: If the payment was made through Lancer Technologies’ payment gateway, the refund will be issued to the same account used for the purchase.
• Bank Transfers and COD: For orders paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be processed only to the buyer’s bank account.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
